Coaching for Organisations

I work with organisations to provide professional, work-focused coaching for employees and managers who are experiencing pressure, challenge, or transition at work.

This may include individuals who are:

  • struggling under increased responsibility or workload
  • navigating change, uncertainty, or role transition
  • experiencing stress that is affecting confidence or performance
  • managing complex interpersonal or organisational dynamics

The aim of the work is to provide a confidential, structured space to support clarity, stability, and effective functioning at work.

How I Work

I offer short-term, one-to-one coaching interventions that are:

  • Work-focused – grounded in the individual’s role and organisational context
  • Contained – typically delivered as a defined block of sessions
  • Confidential – content remains private, with clear contracting at the outset
  • Ethically grounded – with clear boundaries between coaching and counselling

Coaching may be commissioned directly by an organisation or accessed via referral from HR, People teams, or external HR consultants.

Professional Background

I am an EMCC Global EIA Senior Practitioner and a BACP-accredited counsellor and integrative therapist.

My clinical background informs a psychologically aware, ethical approach to coaching, particularly when individuals are working under pressure or navigating complexity. This does not involve therapy, but it does mean I am experienced in working safely with challenge, stress, and emotional load in a professional context.

Typical Situations Where Coaching Is Helpful

Organisations often engage me when:

  • a valued employee is struggling but still in work
  • a manager is under pressure and needs space to reflect and reset
  • stress or confidence issues are beginning to impact performance
  • an individual is navigating a significant role or organisational change

Coaching is intended as a supportive, preventative intervention, rather than a remedial or disciplinary process.
