Counselling and Psychotherapy

I’m an integrative therapist, which means I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs. These include PsychodynamicPerson-Centred, and Internal Family Systems theories.

I support clients with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, low self-esteem, relationship breakdowns, and abuse.

My work is rooted in empathy and non-judgment, offering a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings, and life experiences—especially those that may be difficult to express elsewhere. Together, we can uncover patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour, and work towards meaningful, lasting change.

When helpful and welcomed, I offer feedback, insight, and practical tools to support the therapeutic process.

I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

A 50 minute session with me costs £60.
