Coaching for Change

Support around identity, purpose, work, relationships, and life changes including women experiencing perimenopause/menopause.

There are times in life when the shape of things begins to shift.

Children may be leaving home or becoming more independent. Work that once felt defining may no longer fit in the same way. Questions about relationships, direction, or purpose can surface — sometimes quietly, sometimes with a sense of urgency.

You may be considering questions around identity, purpose, and what the future looks like. You may be struggling to identify the shifting causes of change in your life – from relationships to menopause.

Coaching offers a structured, confidential space to pause, reflect, and consider your options.

How Coaching Can Help

This work is not about quick answers or dramatic change.
Instead, it supports thoughtful exploration when life feels less certain.

Coaching may help you to:

  • reflect on what feels unsettled or unresolved
  • explore possibilities around work, career direction, or identity
  • think carefully about relationship questions without pressure toward any particular outcome
  • reconnect with your own values, priorities, and sense of agency
  • approach decisions with greater clarity and steadiness

The pace is collaborative and reflective, allowing room for complexity, ambivalence, and uncertainty.

Coaching Rather Than Therapy

This is coaching, not therapy.

My background as a BACP-accredited counsellor and integrative therapist informs a psychologically grounded and ethically careful approach, particularly when working with emotional transition or periods of change. The focus of this work, however, remains forward-looking and choice-focused.

If at any point therapy would be more appropriate, this can be discussed openly and with care.
