As a coach I work alongside you to explore these questions with an open, curious and non-judgmental approach. We work at your pace on what matters to you. We consider the questions you want to ask and the changes you’d like to make. Through this work you can develop a greater understanding of and connection to yourself, where you want to get to and what might be standing in your way.


Coaching Rather Than Therapy

This is coaching, not therapy.

My background as a BACP-accredited counsellor and integrative therapist informs a psychologically grounded and ethically careful approach, particularly when working with emotional transition or periods of change. The focus of this work, however, remains forward-looking and choice-focused.

If at any point therapy would be more appropriate, this can be discussed openly and with care.
