Support for People at Work
I work with organisations to provide professional, work-focused coaching for employees and managers who are experiencing pressure, challenge, or transition at work. I work with organisations to support employees and managers when pressure, change, or emotional difficulty begins to affect their wellbeing or effectiveness at work.
This support may take the form of reflective practice (preventative space to think and process), work-focused coaching (short-term support around work challenges or transitions), or time-limited therapy where deeper emotional support is needed.
Together, these offer a clear and ethically grounded continuum of care, allowing organisations to respond appropriately while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and psychological safety.
Reflective Practice
Preventative, ongoing space for reflection
Work-Focused Coaching
Short-term support for pressure, change, or role difficulty
Time-Limited Therapy
Confidential clinical support when deeper distress is present
Professional Background
I am an EMCC Global EIA Senior Practitioner and a BACP-accredited counsellor and integrative therapist.
My clinical background informs a psychologically aware, ethical approach to coaching, particularly when individuals are working under pressure or navigating complexity. This does not involve therapy, but it does mean I am experienced in working safely with challenge, stress, and emotional load in a professional context.
